i'm so tired and i'm proud of myself that i survived THAT. i'm not sad that i didn't make it. okay who am i kidding, of course i am. to a certain extent. okay, YES i'm sad.
halfway through i actually thought i'd make it. and i could give you a million reasons to why i didn't in the end, but. they would just be excuses. and it wouldn't matter anyway.and i'm happy and proud of all those who made it cause' they played well and they deserved it. haha, okay, i'll admit i'm a little green monster now. but i swear i'm proud of them.
and that was the most gruelling training ever.

we have to build up our stamina.
so sec ones, you know warm up runs are gonna increase!
and there will be no bloody "discounts".

ohmygosh that was so tiring i feel skinnier already. haha.
